Production facilities

Knitting

We have in house facilities to knit fleece fabric, interlock, ribs and thermals, Jersey and Lycra fabric and collars. Their grammage is checked and Greige fabric is checked thoroughly for defects

Stitching

Our stitching department consists of over 300 machines including Over-locks, Flat-locks, Single needles, Double Needles, Button, Button hole machines and Picot machines. The department works on a chain system where the garment goes on to inspection and grading sections.

Cutting

Before the lot is issued for cutting, 30% of the fabric is checked for defects and uniformity and then it is cut. These pieces are checked.
