An employee is an individual who is hired by an employer for a specific job. There is rigorous interview process here at “Sunflower”, and we do not compromise on competency.
At Sunflower Industries, we treat our employees like family while also providing them with a competitive environment. We make sure that employees are treated with the utmost respect and that they are enjoying working at the firm.
Our work force consists of competent and capable technical and merchandising personnel without any discrimination of gender, social background, culture or religion. We ensure that labour laws are enforced in addition to compliances required by our clientele. We support our staff for their training in the knitwear institution as well as participation in skill-based literacy programmes by ESRA (USAID) and the industry support programme by JICA (Japan International Corporation Agency).
